Swiss Chard and Mushroom Strata

  • 5 c. cubed bread left out overnight
  • 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. 2% milk
  • 1 c. cooked turkey sausage
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. chard wilted, squeeze out excess water, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • Pan spray

Spray 9x9 casserole dish. Mix all ingredients, place in casserole dish. Cover with plastic wrap and foil, bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, uncover the last 15 minutes to brown the top.
