Come learn about the importance of sleep, tips on getting a good nights sleeps, what happens to our bodies during cancer when we don’t get enough sleep and when to seek help with insomnia or other sleep issues.
Terry Hollowell received his BA from Wabash College and Master of Arts in English and American Literature from Indiana State University. He completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of San Francisco and subsequently earned a Post-Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Terry has been working in Sleep Medicine for St Charles for almost two years, seeing both kids and adults. He is currently pursuing studies in functional medicine which focuses on genetic, biochemical and lifestyle factors to optimally treat patients for improved health outcomes. He likes to eat, hike, run, swim, and be outdoors with his wife and three year old spawn.

Registration is required by Thursday May 31, 2018 at 4 p.m. to be counted for the no cost dinner being held on Tuesday June 5th, 2018 from 5:30-7:30.
